Virgin Red’s Valuable 500 Commitment:

As a newly launched business during a pandemic consideration of inclusion has been paramount, but prioritisation of action on disability has been challenging. As a Board we are now listening and learning, including through working with more mature Virgin companies across the Group, by seeking their insight and inviting their Leaders to speak with the Board later in the year. In addition, we are encouraging and supporting our People to develop ideas through the staff network and plan to mark International Day of Persons with Disabilities internally in December.
