Reporting Accelerator Series
Measure What Matters in Disability Inclusion
In 2023, Valuable 500 established five harmonised KPIs encouraging organisations to measure and report on disability inclusion effectively: Workforce Representation, Goals and Governance, Training, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and Digital Accessibility.
As SYNC25 approaches and global pressure intensifies for transparent reporting on accessibility and disability inclusion, many organisations are still developing their reporting capabilities.
Our Reporting Accelerator Series bridges this gap – combining expert-led learning with collaborative problem-solving. This will help your organisation both enhance performance and strengthen reporting across these critical metrics. The series comprises:
Know-How Seminars: monthly virtual Webinars related to each KPI area. The Seminars’ content will be designed and delivered by both experts from within Valuable 500 companies and our SYNC25 Leaders.
Co-Creation Labs: facilitated and interactive multi-stakeholder working groups.
This exclusive series is available only to Valuable 500 partners and companies, offering direct access to industry experts and peer insights that drive meaningful change.
Know-How Seminars
Our monthly virtual Seminars go beyond basics to provide practical implementation strategies. Each session tackles pressing issues and emerging trends within a specific KPI area, delivering actionable insights from which your team can benefit.
These expert-led sessions are specifically designed for the champions and practitioners driving disability inclusion within your organisation. The sessions will offer both foundational knowledge and advanced techniques to improve your metrics and reporting capabilities.
Goals and Governance
The Challenge
Disability inclusion is largely absent from standardised metrics and targets organisations use to measure performance and value. Without standardised, publicly disclosed data, stakeholders cannot effectively create meaningful goals or governance structures.
Our Solution
Our Accelerator will support companies in developing robust disability inclusion strategies with appropriate governance frameworks to ensure accountability and sustained performance. These strategies will be grounded in the principle of “nothing without us”, placing disabled voices at the center of decision-making.

Workforce Representation
The Challenge
Despite making up over 15% of the global population, people with disabilities are hugely underrepresented across workplaces, media, and consumer touchpoints. While disability-inclusive practices drive greater social inclusion and access to untapped markets, progress can only be made when disabled people play a central role in business decisions and processes from the outset.
Our Solution
Building upon our Self-ID Playbook, our Workforce Representation Accelerator supports companies in hiring and retaining disabled talent, creating inclusive workplaces, and generating meaningful data to report progress publicly. This approach centers disabled voices in both the design and implementation of strategies.

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
The Challenge
Many organisations struggle to create and maintain impactful disability ERGs that drive meaningful cultural change and inclusion. Effective ERGs require strategic design, senior leadership engagement, and operational frameworks to truly transform workplace culture.
Our Solution
Valuable 500 is partnering with Purple Space, the world’s foremost experts on disability ERGs. Together, we will deliver an Accelerator focused on creating and sustaining high-impact disability ERGs. This programme utilises Purple Space’s revolutionary ERG Maturity Model to develop ERGs that become powerful internal change agents. The model fundamentally embraces the “nothing without us” principle by ensuring disabled employees drive both ERG strategy and execution.

Digital Accessibility
The Challenge
Despite the social argument, business case, and legal mandates like the European Accessibility Act, many companies struggle to implement comprehensive digital accessibility strategies. This results in expensive lawsuits, retroactive fixes, missed market opportunities, and reputation risks. True digital accessibility requires disabled users to be involved throughout the design, testing, and implementation processes.
Our Solution
Our Digital Accessibility Accelerator will focus on creating strategies and building systems to implement accessibility at an organisation-wide level. We’ll draw upon examples, cases, and tools from leading practitioners across industries and regions. Central to our approach is the principle that disabled people must guide accessibility work at every stage.
Seminar Topics
Accessibility Strategy: Creating comprehensive digital accessibility roadmaps co-developed with disabled users.
Implementation Frameworks: Building systems for accessibility across all digital touchpoints.
Compliance & Beyond: Meeting legal requirements while driving innovation.
Measurement & Reporting: Tracking progress and demonstrating ROI.
Training
The Challenge
Creating relevant, impactful, and consistent global disability training is complex due to cultural differences, lack of consensus on “essential learning”, and limited criteria to assess training quality across different regions.
Our Solution
Valuable 500 will run seminars addressing the systemic barriers to creating sustainable and effective global training programmes on disability inclusion, focusing on both programme development and impact measurement.
