The Reporting Action was launched last year with our white paper, ‘ESG and disability data: A call for inclusive reporting’, which recommends companies adopt five harmonised Disability Inclusion KPIs.


Introducing the Self-ID Resource Guide:

We are launching the Self-ID Resource Guide with our Iconic partners, Google and Deloitte. This guide will support you all in making progress against one of the most critical KPIs – Workforce Representation – which asks: “What percentage of the company’s workforce identifies as disabled / living with a disability?”

A key goal of this resource guide is to make the case for moving beyond a singular focus in disability inclusion as a DEI construct and operationalising disability inclusion. The resource guide invites you to start wherever you are on your journey and acknowledges that many other organisations are in the same position.

We hope that the recommendations, perspectives and insights within this resource guide will also serve as tools to help break down the many barriers to progress and to disability data being meaningfully integrated into business.
