We have set ourselves an ambition to increase the number of Persons with Disabilities in our organisation. Through squads across the globe we are working with local disability inclusion partners to make this ambition a reality.

Further to this we commit to ensuring safe spaces for our people with disabilities, we will do this through the continuous upskilling on disability confidence and support for our Employee Resource group for PWD – Ability.
