The Group’s Diversity & Inclusion Policy is integral to our strategic plan.This policy includes the inclusion of individuals with disabilities in the workplace. In this context, Orange implements actions ranging from recruitment to personalized support for employment retention, as well as practices to combat all forms of discrimination.
This commitment is realized through the signing of agreements, charters, partnerships, and targeted initiatives:
- In 2015, Orange signed the ILO Global Business & Disability Charter, and is an active member of the Global Business and Disability Network.
- In 2018, Orange established a partnership in France with the national employment agency to provide individuals with disabilities access to job opportunities at Orange.
- In 2019, Orange signed a global Group agreement for gender equality in the workplace, which includes provisions for family caregivers and allows for adapted working hours to care for their relatives.
- In 2019, Orange joined the Valuable 500 movement, reinforcing its commitment to putting disability on the global business leadership agenda.
- In 2022, Orange launched its Neuroteam program to embrace neurodiversity in the workplace.
- In 2023, Orange published its first report on Disability, Neurodiversity, and Accessibility.
- Additionally, Orange continually strives to develop innovative, accessible solutions for its team members and customers, while steadily increasing the number of inclusive suppliers through an active inclusive sourcing policy.
