Accor’s Valuable 500 Commitment:
For Accor, Diversity & Inclusion means welcoming everyone with all their differences and giving priority to skills alone. As a leading player in the hospitality sector, our Group is mobilised to encourage openness, equity, promote professional equality and prevent discrimination wherever we have a presence.
Since 2015, Accor has been a signatory of the Global Business and Disability Charter of the International Labour Organization (OIT) and has adopted its 10 principles. (PDF, 1186 KB)
More than a social responsibility, our open and inclusive corporate approach is an opportunity to promote the wellbeing of our teams, stimulate innovation and improve individual and collective performance.
Our two commitments are:
- Train and raise awareness of disability among our Executive Committee members around the world, mobilizing them on the importance of disability allyship. Their mobilization is essential to move the lines, better represent our local communities and strengthen our efforts to build an inclusive workplace for all.
- Be particularly attentive to the way we represent our team members and guests, in order to improve the inclusiveness of our advertising and communications campaigns to better represent our society.
