- Building on our experience to date, explore how we can further support our clients to better engage and support disabled candidates in their hiring processes.
- Supporting and enabling our global Disability Employee Resource Group to advance our disability inclusion strategy and offer engaging and informative opportunities for our global colleagues to enhance their disability inclusion education.
- Seeking other avenues, including working with our disability partners, to attract and retain talented people who are living with disabilities.
- Continuing to look for opportunities, together with our Board and C-suite executives, to ensure we provide an enriching experience and enable internal or external progress to our employees living with disabilities.
