We have launched new targets which will enable us to increase the diversity of our leadership as well as continue to build inclusive work and shopping places. These targets will drive our strategy and progress through to end of FY27 (June 30 2027).
Our 2023 commitment:
Following our previous strategy which ended in 2023, we have announced our FY24-FY27 strategy which focuses on five refreshed pillars inclusive of Accessibility. We are committed to:
- Increasing the engagement and workforce participation of team members with disability at Coles
- Providing an improved accessible customer experience across online and in-store
