Our upcoming global internal DE&I survey will include a focus on exploring the needs of FleishmanHillard’s disability community
- Our global DE&I #LoseTheWhisper employee dialogue series has added disability in the workplace as a topic, to help us elevate the conversation firm-wide
- We launched a new Employee Resource Group, DisAbility, to support our colleagues living with disabilities
And that’s just our starting point – we’re using the data and insights gathered from the commitments above to make informed decisions about how to further incorporate disability inclusion in our overall DE&I efforts.
