- Set the right targets for Hempel by first understanding our baseline and identifying best practices.
- Actively raise awareness of disability inclusion and celebrate World Disability Day.
- Ensure that Unconscious Bias trainings include disabilities.
- Develop a global employee support network for our colleagues with disabilities by 2024.
- Work towards making all of our sites accessible by 2025.
