Indeed’s Valuable 500 Commitment:
At Indeed, we understand that talent is universal, but opportunity is not. That’s why we are committed to advancing disability inclusion throughout our organization. Together, we strive to create an environment where everyone, across all ranges of ability, can thrive.
- Accessibility: We prioritize accessibility throughout. Our commitment to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) ensures we continue to evolve, clearing pathways for the more than a billion people worldwide with disabilities.
- Inclusion: We’ve embraced multiple work options and undertaken a global office retrofit project to foster inclusion. Our hosted events build disability considerations into each element of planning. These efforts create universally designed spaces that go beyond compliance, ensuring a welcoming environment for all.
- Belonging: The Access Indeed Employee Resource Group is a driving force behind fostering belonging at Indeed. With over 800 members, this group cultivates peer support and drives initiatives to ensure every employee feels seen, valued, and supported-whether they disclose a disability or not. We encourage individuals with disabilities to share their voices both internally and at our hosted events, as nothing should be done for the disability community without their direct input.
When we invest in disability inclusion, we create better opportunities for all. Our mission is simple: we help people get jobs.
