- Build internal awareness about the value of diversity
- Strengthen leaders in the use of diversity competence
- Recruit and develop employees and leaders with diversity competence
- Focus on diversity competence when building teams and projects
- Decide on ambitious goals for disabled people represented in our content
- Make digital tools, buildings, and products more accessible
