Our commitments as part of the Valuable 500 are to:
- Partner with Business Disability Forum to complete our Disability Smart Assessment across the organisation, developing a roadmap to embed disability inclusion is core to our business.
- Continue to raise awareness and educate all employees on disability inclusion and provide a proactive approach to making our workplace more accessible.
- Support our colleagues with disabilities both visible and invisible through our Employee Resource Group – Enable, providing a safe space and the ability to connect with others.
- Equip all managers with disability inclusion training to ensure they have the knowledge and tools to support those employees with disabilities to truly thrive in the workplace.
- Ensure that we share our focus on disability inclusion externally on our website and through social media for prospective employees and clients.
