Through our Global Diversity & Inclusion steering committee, we will put the topic of inclusion for people with disabilities on our Leadership agenda for the coming years.

We will recruit and support more people with disabilities, and provide all our people with a more inclusive employee journey (recruitment, onboarding, development, etc.)
