Accessibility of the Shufersal Branches for the Blind and Visually Impaired

Shufersal is proud to be the first retail chain in Israel to provide convenient and independent orientation for the blind and visually impaired throughout the supermarket. Starting in 2018, Shufersal has implemented in 200 of its branches a “Right Hear” company’s orientation and voice guidance system supported by a dedicated application that accompanies people with visual impairment on the premises. Following the customers’ high satisfaction Shufersal strives to expand the project and complete the accessibility of all the chain’s branches.
