We will continue to make progress in the inclusion and well-being of persons with disabilities, helping them realise their potential through our core competencies in digital and infocomm technologies, business networks and support for persons with disabilities.

There are four priority areas in how we support persons with disabilities in the community:

Enabling Work

We foster an accessible, supportive and inclusive workplace with equal opportunities for everyone to participate and contribute. We will engage stakeholders to co-create internships, mentorships and employment opportunities for tertiary students with disabilities.

Enabling Customer Experience 

We ensure our products, services and support are accessible to customers with disabilities by incorporating inclusive design principles, where possible, in our stores. We also provide curated product plans to meet their daily communication needs.

Enabling Community 

We empower persons with disabilities to reach their potential through our digital technologies and inclusive community programmes. The Singtel Touching Lives Fund, our corporate philanthropy programme, raises funds for charities helping children and youth with special needs in Singapore.

Enabling Innovation 

We support the development of assistive and enabling technologies that support independent living and employability. Our social innovation programme, Singtel Future Makers, supports and scales social impact start-ups that leverage technological innovation to address social causes, including disability enablement.
