We will grow our collective knowledge through accessibility trainings and certifications. We will build opportunities with our clients, partners, and communities to foster the next generation of disabled and neurodiverse business, strategy, and technology leaders.

We will drive accountability through the development and launch of a new internal Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Index. Within the Index, Slalom team members may optionally self-identify as disabled and neurodiverse, as well as other diverse identities. The Index will mature our understanding of how we attract, retain, and empower talent from all backgrounds. We are committed to creating a safe, equitable environment where all Slalomers can confidently self-identify and bring their full selves to work.
