For colleagues, we continue to make progress with internal policy development, stigma reduction and targeted recruitment programs.  We also have both a dedicated Assistive Technologies team focused on connecting colleagues with the tools needed to thrive in their roles, and an on-staff ASL interpreter for all colleagues needing support. For customers and communities, we offer accessible banking and investing services, and have a focus on fostering Financial Literacy with an aim to support Persons with Disabilities and their caregivers in overcoming obstacles and achieving their financial goals.
