In addition, as part of the work plans an internal survey (audit) was conducted for most of the assets into order to assure a full accessibility of Migdal’s assets and Migdal will take care deficiencies that has been pointed at the survey due to the time that has been passed since the Accessibility Project that Migdal conducted a few years ago and innovations and changes that been made since then.

Training of our employees in the customer service is conducted on a regular basis in order to preserve the professionalism of the employees and their sensitivity regarding accessibility. Also, when there is a demand from customers for information in an accessible way, the company has a variety ways to access it, depending on the relevant disability.
