Operating “Gogin Challenged Matsue”

With the support of the local government, we established a system that enables the social welfare councils to distribute usage fee paid by supporting companies, to employment support organizations and companies for people with disabilities, while the copy right of these designs and paintings retained by Gogin Challenged Matsue is provided for free to the social welfare councils.

This unique business model has created the new employments and new markets in the region, thereby supporting the independence of people with disabilities.

In September 2017, following the 10th anniversary of Gogin Challenged Matsue, we opened Gogin Challenged Tottori in Tottori City, where mainly people with mental or developmental disabilities work. They are in charge of a wide range of banking operations in line with their capabilities, and contribute to the rationalization and efficiency of banking operations.
