The Weber Shandwick Collective’s Valuable 500 Commitment:
At The Weber Shandwick Collective, we want to ensure that there are no barriers for any of our people having the best, most impactful time of their careers with us.
A huge part of that is ensuring that our differences are celebrated, and disabilities are both understood and championed.
We’re hugely proud to be pledging our commitment to taking tangible action to end disability exclusion by signing up to the Valuable 500. We’ll be working with this fantastic organisation to ensure every voice throughout out business is heard, respected and cared for.
1) Training and policy: the necessary education and policies for our employees designed to improve our accessibility and strengthen disability allyship.
2) Talent Acquisition: continue to provide opportunities for disabled people to get into employment and to acquire training and work experience through our partnerships with external job boards/programmes, which focus on providing relevant and accessible careers support for disabled candidates.
3) EMEA-wide ERG with reps in each office: amplifying the voices of our employees who identify as people with visible and invisible disabilities.
