AXA’s Valuable 500 Commitment:
In 2015, AXA made an official commitment to support people with disabilities by signing the Business Charter on Disability developed by the International Labour Organization (ILO). The group has already implemented several concrete initiatives to create an inclusive workplace. We are committed in terms of recruitment, training, awareness of our managers for a better understanding of disability and good integration of employees with disabilities.
