  1. Designing with human rights in mind, as part of our commitment to social justice and guided by our Social Justice Beliefs and Actions, including a focus on accessibility, we will work to integrate accessibility into our upcoming product roadmaps.
  2. Increasing economic opportunities for people with disabilities by working to create an equitable experience for all throughout the employment journey.
  3. Investing in training programs for: Individual contributors to create greater awareness around the lived experience of disability and give all team members tools to foster more inclusive environments; Managers to provide the resources that increase hiring, retention, and promotion of employees with disabilities; and Recruiters where we will source new channels to build an incremental pipeline of candidates with disabilities.
  4. Establishing a permanent, dedicated accessibility infrastructure that is resourced and accountable for bolstering our commitment to accessibility as a core value and working to ensure that accessibility by design is part of all that we do.

Through these actions, Cisco will create an inclusive and equitable environment to help our disabled and neurodivergent communities feel safe bringing their authentic selves to work.
