  1. To speed up and enhance the process of implementing workplace adjustments for people with disabilities.
  2. To continue to progress our programme to baseline our digital accessibility maturity and take actions needed to become ‘inclusive by design’ by ensuring that we design accessibility upfront into how we use technology for our colleagues and customers.
  3. To partner with Autistica – our corporate charity partner 2019-21 – to advance research into how we can maximise employment opportunities for autistic people.
  4. To develop our people managers in how they can be inclusive of all neurodiverse colleagues.
