Scottish Water’s Valuable 500 Commitment:
At Scottish Water we believe that diversity, inclusion and belonging are essential to the achievement of our strategic ambitions and our broader Water Sector vision of supporting a flourishing Scotland. Scottish Water has made a long-standing commitment to the Scottish Business Pledge, and more recently to a wider Energy and Utility Skills Sector Commitment which recognises priority areas for sector action in the areas of gender, disability, ethnicity and youth.
