Appoint a Director to be responsible for leading our Accessibility work stream as part of our wider Diversity & Inclusion strategy. This Executive Sponsor will report on progress to the Board and will be allocated the necessary resources

Further the scope of accessibility in our products, and work towards improving exercise experiences in our physical clubs, for people with disabilities (both our members and our people)

(In order to achieve this we will complete accessibility audits at each of our sites and look to publish this information on our website and careers site)

Train 90 team members as Mental Health First Aiders (MHFA’s) – we see this as an investment for our people and our members, so they can be signposted to appropriate help and support should they need it
