• Policy review: review or write people policies that align with the EDI strategy.

• People Networks: establish and develop People Networks – with specific emphasis on disability, gender, race and LGBTI identities.

• Staff Development: develop disability guidance and tools to support Wilson James with staff development programmes including coaching, mentoring and volunteering.
