Many companies within the Valuable 500 told us that access to disability business expertise was critical to help them on their disability inclusion journeys. This Directory has been designed as a resource, to help Valuable 500 companies get access to this expertise.

The Directory is comprised of organisations which provide specialist disability inclusion and accessibility support for business. These organisations have extensive experience in their fields and have been highly recommended by thought leaders in the disability space.

The Directory was created to:
- support the Valuable 500 companies to advance disability inclusion;
- exchange information and best practices among global disability experts and create avenues for collaboration;
- bring disability inclusion work to scale across borders and practice areas.
The Directory includes a range of different disability business consultants, suppliers and solutions providers from all over the world.

The Directory includes a range of key skills to offer to business, including;

- Accessible physical environments
- Digital accessibility
- Inclusive recruitment
- Mental Health & Safety training
- Consumer research
In 2021, the Valuable 500 created a global RFP specifying that successful applicants would need to have a proven track record of adding value to the disability space as well as a referral. Each applicant was asked to submit a letter of intent, evidence of their previous deliverables to organisations and a supporting statement. The whole selection process was managed
by an independent, expert review panel.
