With regards to disability, by the end of 2021, 100% of our entities globally implemented local action plans on disability focussing mainly on workplace accessibility, awareness of employees about creating an environment that values, respects and appreciates people for their strengths and on partnerships with associations that can provide ad hoc consultancy and network.
As we sign this pledge we commit to the following:

- We will keep improving accessibility for people with disabilities and impairments.
- We want to prepare the leaders and managers of tomorrow with lived experience of disability by changing the storytelling and our behaviours.
- We will keep enhancing equity, in particular promoting a bias-free culture.
- We will work on mapping and developing products aimed at strengthening social inclusion.
