1. We will continue to focus on diversity and inclusion at Board level, including our disability agenda.

2. We will create and launch ReachAbility, a colleague network focussed on supporting and raising awareness of visible and invisible disabilities, which will be sponsored by an Executive Committee member dedicated to help us identify priorities & target change.

3. We will undertake a data collection campaign across our Group to gather self-identification data on our colleagues, the outcome of which will inform our future strategy.

4. We will partner with external organisations to recruit and support people with disabilities.
