  1. Expand our employee education to include building disability confidence and awareness
  2. Perform self-assessments in pilot locations to evaluate our work environment friendliness for people with disabilities
  3. Support the creation of an Employee Resource Group
  4. Review our recruiting practices to ensure we are ready to hire more people with disabilities
  5. Inspire children and young people with a disability through science education
