Famous brands, including Valuable 500 companies such as P&G, ANZ, Virgin, and TikTok collaborated to promote disability representation through the ‘Unignorable Adbreak,’ replacing scenes in their advertisements with scenes featuring people with disabilities.
They also launched the Shift 20 initiative which focuses on increasing disability representation, inclusivity, and accessibility in the media and advertising industry.
