Charting the way forward to a more inclusive digital future:

As we move towards SYNC25, we’re shining a light on members of our Valuable Directory – a global community of business-to-business disability inclusion experts and service providers helping our companies and partners to achieve their goals against our Synchronised Collective Actions.

Our latest spotlight is on The Resource Key, whose expertise will be particularly relevant for progress on Inclusive Representation.

A standout example of The Resource Key’s impact is their recent partnership with Sandra by Design for Babbel, the online language learning platform. Babbel came to The Resource Key for help with a full revamp of their diversity, inclusion and equity creative guidelines, and to create a streamlined resource for DEI definitions for the entire company.

After close work together, The Resource Key, Sandra by Design and Babbel developed and rolled out a 150-page playbook to strengthen internal diversity values, inform recruitment practices, and serve as the go-to reference and benchmark for content creation.

The DEI glossary in the playbook was released publicly and received the award for Diversity & Inclusion Initiative of the Year at the Sustainability Company Awards 2022.

Upcoming event:

On Saturday, February 24, 2024 The Resource Key will co-host an event with Safman Consulting entitled Charting the Way Forward: Strengthening Disability Awareness and Advocacy within the African American Community.

This event will bring together veteran Black advocates with diverse disability experiences to emphasise the need for Black leaders to meaningfully engage in the fight for better outcomes for all. The dynamic group of panellists will share stories and insights, lighting the way to a more sustainable and inclusive society.

Charting the Way Forward serves as a call to action. It is an invitation to learn, network, and become part of a movement towards a more inclusive future. By participating in this event, individuals and organisations can amplify their commitment to building a more sustainable and inclusive society and can pave the way for future generations to do the same.
